Description
How do you put together an affordable housing deal? (and why does it take so long?!) How do all the pieces (zoning, budgets, design, working with neighbors and politicians, banks, investors, your City or Town, the State) all fit together?
This highly participatory training will draw on whatever you already know about housing development and fill in the missing pieces of the process.
This training is designed for:
- Project managers in the first 4 years of their career
- People who support housing development as staff of CDCs: community organizers, finance team, etc.
- CDC and nonprofit board members
- Public and nonprofit partners
