Community Development Mentoring Program 2025

The Mentoring Program, in partnership with CHAPA, is designed to encourage network building, a culture of learning and support career advancement within the community development field. This longstanding program enhances the preparation of early career professionals by facilitating effective and meaningful relationships between and amongst community development professionals.

The program will host an orientation, several learning sessions, virtual and in-person as well as a neighborhood tour. The mentoring pairs will meet minimally for one hour monthly.
