CDC CEO Group Coaching
Join the Mel King Institute & Mickey Northcutt of Publicos Studio for a Group Coaching Program for CDC Chief Executive Officers!
The program is designed to provide CDC CEOs with a confidential, supportive space to address complex leadership challenges, strengthen resilience, and build community with peers facing similar opportunities and pressures.
This program will consist of bi-weekly 90-minute sessions beginning mid-January 2027.
Overall Structure:
- 4-6 cohort members
- 90-minute virtual sessions
- 12-13 virtual sessions over 6 months
- 1 in-person team-building session
- Scheduling designed to fit cohort members' needs
Meetings Structure:
- Coach introduction and check-ins
- Round-robin: All members share pressing challenges from current projects for rapid group feedback
- Individual Deep Dive: One participant presents a major challenge; group discussion and peer coaching follow
- Reflections and final takeaways
Pricing:
The participant fee is $800, with the remaining cost subsidized by the Mel King Institute.
