In the second session of our 2026 Insurance Series, Abby Krueger (Risk International, An Artex Company) and Christina Wasson (Ironside Insurance) will cover Loss control strategies and claims management. Losses, and the risk of future losses, are the single biggest driver of your insurance rate and therefore cost. Managing losses is key to the long-term management of your insurance cost. Claims happen – poor response to a claim can be frustrating to the insurance company, and will effect your rates. 

Learn how housing providers can help to contain losses such that it can influence your insurance rates and proactive strategies for claim response to help your organization respond appropriately to claims.
