Urban Edge is excited to invite you to apply for the Emerging Leaders Inspiring Transformative Engagement (ELITE) Program — a leadership development opportunity designed to empower residents who are passionate about driving positive change in their communities.

The ELITE Program, created in partnership with The Arc of Change and the Harvard Kennedy School’s Practicing Democracy Project, is tailored for emerging leaders in Greater Boston who are ready to take the next step in community leadership. Participants will work with expert coaches and peers to build skills in organizing, storytelling, team building, and strategy — the essential tools for leading lasting social change.

Program Highlights:

• In-Person Training: February 27–March 1, 2026
• Follow-Up Meetings: Monthly from March through August
• $250 Stipend upon completion of the in-person training
• Childcare and interpretation services are available during in-person sessions
• Ongoing support through a Community of Practice focused on housing justice or another field of interest
