Description
Across nonprofits and movement spaces, many of us feel the strain of disconnection, mistrust, and “othering” across generations. These tensions quietly sap creativity, stall leadership development, and weaken our collective power—just when we most need one another.
Grounded in their Nonprofit Quarterly article and informed by Justice, Love, and Organizational Healing: A Guide to Transformational Consulting, instructors Melinda Barbosa and Ora Grodsky will invite participants to explore generational divides and how we can better be in authentic partnerships across age and experience.
Through reflections and sharing experiences together we’ll examine our own assumptions about generations and power, surface the gifts of intergenerational partnership, and identify heartsets, mindsets, and behaviors that foster trust and collaboration. Participants will leave with deeper insight and actionable strategies for building stronger, more connected workplaces and movements across generations.
