This new toolkit, developed by Success Measures at NeighborWorks America, offers more than 65 data collection tools to help community development professionals understand the effect housing practices have on resident and community health. These tools assess areas such as an individual’s health status, beliefs, attitudes and behaviors; personal and community factors; and access to services.
