In this workshop, experienced nonprofit attorney Elizabeth Reinhardt will review key legal risks associated with board leadership, with a focus on understanding fiduciary duty, ethics, and conflicts of interest. Using real world scenarios, she will explore situations that can be confusing or difficult to interpret. Participants will also have the opportunity to share their own examples and questions to deepen the discussion.
