Build the confidence and skills to navigate conflict with empathy and professionalism. Through real examples, reflective discussion, and practical scenarios, this interactive training helps participants recognize common triggers, reduce tension, and communicate respectfully under pressure.

Participants will practice active listening, setting clear boundaries, and simple techniques to deescalate disagreements in board and community settings. Grounded in trauma-informed practices and plain language, the session supports trust and psychological safety, leaving participants with practical tools and a clear next step to strengthen their approach to conflict.
