Bypassing Burnout: Building Resiliency Skills for Stress Reduction
Using an instructional workbook, each participant will explore techniques that can be personally effective in real life at the office and at home. The workbook includes creating an individualized action plan for continued practice into the future.
Since some stress is immediate and other stress is chronic, we will discuss both on-the-spot strategies and long-term strategies.
The Fall day-long workshop will be offered on Friday November 1st 2019 in Boston’s Financial District near South Station.
Our workshops starts at 10am with snacks and a collaborative conversation about stressors. The afternoons include lectures, Q&A, a short meditation and stretching/yoga. Snacks and a lunch are provided for mindful eating experiences.
