Join Local Housing Authority board members from across the state for a short presentation by one or more of your peers, followed by an open forum discussion on a leadership topic. This forum will explore community outreach strategies, with a focus on resident relations, and addressing and referring complaints effectively. Hear examples of how others have handled challenges around resident relations and community outreach and bring your own experiences and challenges to share.

This forum will be facilitated by Viana Nascimento, Mel King's Institute's and MACDC’s Leadership Development Manager.
