Description

In this workshop, instructors Rebecca Mautner and Ricky Guerra will provide participants with hands-on experience modeling several of the more complex aspects of an affordable housing deal. Topics may include: construction period cash flow; LIHTC calculations including equity adjustments and investor capital accounts (which affect LIHTC investor pricing).  

This session is ideal for project managers and emerging developers who are familiar with basic rental pro formas and eager to deepen their skills.  

The precise topics to be covered will be informed by a questionnaire sent to all registrants 3 weeks before the training. We encourage people to register by April 21, 2026, so the instructors can consider your priorities in setting the agenda.
