Description

This webinar offers a clear and practical window into how lenders and investors evaluate affordable housing deals with a focus on what matters most at each stage of development. Instructor Leslie Reid (MHIC) will translates complex concepts around debt, equity, guarantees, reserves, and timing into how they are assessed in practice, using real world examples to make abstract material tangible.

Designed for CDC project managers, emerging developers, and public and private sector partners with project at different points in the development pipeline, the session meets participants where they are while grounding the conversation in real underwriting considerations. Participants leave with a clearer understanding of how early decisions shape risk and credibility, along with greater confidence in engaging lenders and investors while advancing projects strategically from concept through closing.
