 Supported by communication planning tools and templates, participants will reflect on their own organizational needs and define at least one strategic communication goal. We will walk through a communication planning framework and highlight practical tips and common pitfalls to avoid. At each step of the process, we’ll introduce participants to free and low-cost tools and strategies that can help them up their communication game and achieve their strategic communication goals.
