Are you involved in an affordable housing trust fund or interested in establishing one? MHP is providing virtual trainings on consecutive Wednesdays in December from 12 - 1:15 p.m. The trainings are geared toward those involved with affordable housing trust funds and communities interested in establishing a housing trust.

Schedule:

December 4 – Municipal Affordable Housing Trust Funds and Community Preservation Committees – their different roles and how they can work together.

December 11 – Establishing goals and strategies for your affordable housing trust fund – Amherst and Marshfield share their experiences.

December 18 – What local boards need to know about the MA Open Meeting Law – presented by the Massachusetts Attorney General’s office.
