Target Audience: People who create and run programs.

Workshop Goal: 

Through this workshop, participants will explore and examine policies, practices and behaviors that can improve existing, planned or future programs. 

Learning Outcomes 

1) People gain concrete awareness of planning tools that can build equitable programs from the start. 

2) People identify changes in policies, practices and behaviors that can improve existing, planned or future programs. 

3) People leave able to describe how they will change at least one existing, planned, or future program.
