EOHLC will introduce a new consolidated guidebook for the Performance Management Review (PMR) process, developed in response to LHA feedback. The resource brings together PHNs and related guidance into a single, practical tool that clarifies requirements, timelines, and best practices to help LHAs prepare for and navigate PMRs more consistently and effectively. This workshop will be presented by Courtney Curran, Assistant Director, Bureau of Housing Management.
