Join local Housing Authority Board Members from around the state to share knowledge and troubleshoot challenges. This roundtable is facilitated by our Leadership Development Manager, Viana Nascimento, who will facilitate an open agenda encouraging dialogue between participants. You can join at any point during the hour to raise any questions or issues you are facing as an LHA board member and seek advice from other participants.
Potential discussion topics include:
- Navigating rules and regulations
- Working with other board members, LHA staff, and LTOs
- Community outreach with tenants
- Equity and inclusion
- Financial oversight
These sessions are open to all Housing Authority Board Members.
