This one-hour panel will explore the inequities in resource access for community development organizations of different sizes and organizations led by people of color. Attendees will gain insights into the systemic nature of these disparities, learn from peer organizations' experiences, and develop a deeper understanding of the factors that either exacerbate or mitigate these inequities.
