If you are new to collective impact work and looking for an explanation of the approach, then we welcome you to join us on August 22 for "Collective Impact Overview."

This 90-minute virtual training will provide an overview of the basic elements of the collective impact approach.

This session will cover:

  • An overview of the 5 Conditions of collective impact and why they are important
  • Strategies to support centering equity practices within collective impact work
  • Discussion of governance structures and the backbone role

Who is this training designed for? This session is designed for participants who are new to the collective impact concept and are looking for an overview of the approach.
