At RVP 2022, you will have the opportunity to attend dozens of break-out sessions and hands-on trainings that will equip you with tools and best practices to equitably address vacancy and its impact in your community. Our theme is Responding to Crisis: Building an Equitable and Resilient Future.

Mobile workshops will take you out into the field to see innovative neighborhood revitalization in action. Learn about the city’s multi-million dollar INVEST South/West initiative; tour once-vacant homes that were rehabbed by first-time homebuyers with support from the city; and see neighborhoods that help the Black middle class in Chicago thrive.
