Session 1:  How to hire a commercial RE broker & How to manage your commercial leases:  The hiring of the right commercial real estate broker or agent is an important first step before stepping out to buy a building or lease a new space.   It’s also an important first step before offering space for lease or placing a building on the market for sale.   This webinar will provide you with a toolbox of tips to help you navigate the waters.  The second of this two-part course will provide you with best practices in managing your tenancy and budgeting your office space lease cost over the life of the lease.  Bring your questions for the Q&A period.

Session 2:  Best practices in negotiating business terms of a commercial RE lease:   You’ll learn how to review a term sheet offering and how to identify opportunities and potential risks in responding to a proposal or letter of intent.   You’ll become an educated consumer and gain knowledge whether you elect to work with a broker or opt to negotiate lease terms on your own.  Properly negotiated lease terms provide an opportunity to cap leasing expenses, properly budget long term costs, and recognize and act on opportunities.  Bring your questions for the Q&A period.
