Without seeing and understanding the factors driving racial and gender pay inequities we cannot close the wage gap. During this session, attendees will learn about the Boston Women's Workforce Council (BWWC) and the work being done in the private and public sectors to impact the gender and racial wage gap in Greater Boston. In this session we will: 
•    Provide an overview of the BWWC and their purpose
•    Discuss the work currently being done to impact the wage gap
•    Explain the measurement process and the most recent findings from 2021
•    Provide information on how to start your own pay equity journey
