Description

Please join YW Boston on Wednesday, December 8th for the second installment of our 2021 Elevating Lives virtual event series. We will examine the importance of measuring behavioral change as a key indicator of successful workplace equity and inclusion initiatives.

You will hear from our internal experts Dr. Anouska Bhattacharyya, Director of InclusionBoston, and Dr. Sarah Faude, Director of Research and Evaluation, and fellow members of the InclusionBoston team. Drawing from YW Boston’s unique approach and findings from our extensive DEI Services, we will explore the key drivers to behavioral change and how organizations can go about measuring new and existing workplace inclusion initiatives.

This virtual, interactive event is an excellent opportunity to learn from diversity, equity, and inclusion leaders and become equipped to make change within your organization. You will be able to reflect on how you measure DEI initiatives within your organization, actively discuss strategies with fellow attendees, and participate in a live poll on data and organizational change.
