Description

The annual Truth and Transformation Conference is hosted by the Institutional Antiracism and Accountability (IARA) Project at Harvard Kennedy School's Ash Center. This year's theme is “Reflection On A Year of Promises.”

A full, detailed agenda will be posted shortly. Meanwhile, we invite you to review some of our planned discussions:

  • JFK Jr. Forum: Reckoning with the Past, Rebuilding the Future featuring Professor Khalil Gibran Muhammad in conversation with Heather McGhee and Professor Ibram X. Kendi
  • Money Left on the Table: Does the economic argument for diversity make sense? Why hasn't everyone already won?
  • Preserving Seats at the Table: How do white-dominated boards hurt or help the cause of racial equity in organizations?
  • Equity Takes Time, Commitment, Disruption, and the Willingness to Accept Loss

We look forward to your participation in these and our other engaging, challenging, and meaningful discussions.
