How do we show up in our relationships at work and in our personal lives? How much emotional intelligence and resilience do you have to fall back on when stressors or difficult situations occur? The GROW (Grounded Resilience for Organizers Workshop) training will offer you specific skills to give you more flexibility, resilience, self-awareness, understanding of dynamics with others, and greater ease. The GROW Training will offer you concrete tools to improve your interpersonal work relationships and increase your emotional resilience and inner wellbeing. We’ll engage in exercises, so that you leave with more skills to manage difficult situations and understand your own inner life and relationships better. The Grow training will include training and practice in: Nonviolent Communication Method, Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems, Imago dialogue, and others.
