Description

There is a significant demand for Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) strategy across the nonprofit sector. In addition to this, there’s a need for the community, connection, resources, and skills for consultants to incorporate an effective DEIB lens into their work. This is why the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging for Consultants Program was developed and applications are now open.

This virtual cohort-based program, focused on racial equity, is designed for nonprofit consultants who are particularly interested in honing their skill and confidence in integrating a racial equity lens into their work with clients. The DEIB for Consultants Program and related curriculum were jointly developed and piloted by TSNE and the Institute for Nonprofit Practice. Over the course of eight virtual sessions, participants will gain insights into the evolving field of DEIB practice, engage with key frameworks, and apply lessons to their own practice, all within a learning community of peers.
