Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, this event is restricted to persons who will be fully vaccinated by November 17th, 2022. Please check the box during registration if you are vaccinated. You will be required to present your vaccination card for entry into the venue.

You'll take home a workbook of ideas and an action plan for more steady mooring as life flows forward. 

Workshop includes brunch, treats, and a workbook. 

Gena Bean is the director of Mindful Boston, a studio/school for the practice of mindfulness. She has been officially teaching meditation students since 2004, drawing on her practice that began in the late 1980's. Gena designs the curriculum at Mindful Boston to be a support for "stick-to-it-iveness," helping meditation students to develop sustainable practices for a lifetime of benefits.  She is currently producing albums of spoken-word audio for local meditation/yoga teachers and distributing these albums as part of MindfulBoston.com's educational services.
