This workshop offers two power analysis tools. Power mapping is a process concerned with building grassroots power as well as doing a power analysis of targets. Power/political landscaping excercise is a participatory process that can be used to illustrate and monitor shifts in power during a campaign or organizing project.

This course introduces the basic concepts and “nuts and bolts” tools used by real estate developers, investors, and lenders to analyze the financial feasibility of real estate developments.
