The concept of managing public parking is taking hold in communities throughout the Commonwealth.  Cities and towns are grappling with questions that range from how to develop a lease with a private entity, to what is the right price for metered parking?  Jason Schreiber, Nelson/Nygaard Consulting Associates, will review the concepts that support parking management and bring new information, with MA examples, to the specifics of how to implement this economic development tool.
