The series is dedicated to a combination of topics that explore the behaviors and qualities of an effective manager and how to leverage innovative methods and tools to address the challenges facing today’s leaders.  The sessions provide a balance of group learning and exercises targeted to assess and improve one’s own leadership style, preferences and practices.
