The JVS Projects with Industry Advisory Council in collaboration with the Commonwealth Workforce Coalition will be holding a CORI Information Day for employers and service providers on Wednesday, October 28th from 8:30am – 1:00pm at the JFK Federal Building in Boston.

Discussion Questions include:

·        What is the difference between CORI and Background checks?
·        How can I read and interpret a CORI?
·        What sort of background checking do some local businesses use?
·        What is the latest info on proposed changes to CORI law and how will it affect my business or my clients?
